I’m Tired of Being An Independent Woman – Toke Makinwa Laments Economic Hardship

Media personality, Toke Makinwa has taken to social media to lament over economic hardship in the country.

According to the star, she is tired of being an independent woman.

Makinwa, who just returned from a foreign trip, said she came home to fuel scarcity and electricity tariff hike.

She wrote: “Yoooo, landed in Lagos to all this madness, petrol scarcity, electricity tariff hike, diesel prices not smiling. What is all these? Independent woman don taya [tire] o.”

Recall that Toke Makinwa separated from her estranged husband, Maje Ayida, in 2015 after discovering that he had impregnated his ex-girlfriend.
